    This is a great workout for toning up - works legs, bottom and abs. Like all of Michelle's workouts, she pushes you to your max - but she also encourages you to take breaks (without any guilt) if needed, and then jump back in. Great for all levels if you follow that advice. Excellent - love all three in this series, though Project Extreme was VERY HARD at first - had to take lots of breaks. Now I'm loving it though - and rarely need a break! :o) Love Mish B - she's so inspiring and has a great fun attitude.

    I completed Project Ripped without too much difficulty and Project Shape Up without any difficulty but Project Extreme the hardest workout of all three. If you're not exhausted after this workout, then your simply not giving it your all. It's exhausting and exhilarating workout all in one. Love it.
