We aim to ensure this site is up to date at all times, therefore we are constantly updating the site with pictures, product information, special features and other information. We also like to keep you informed of any upcoming new releases to allow you to order any new titles in advance of the release date.

If you are unable to find a title on this site, it is likely that it is not yet available in Australia. If you can not find a title please send an email with the details to findmydvd@dvdland.com.au and we will endeavour to locate the title for you.  If any DVD title is available in Australia we will be able to track it down and deliver it to your door.

Postage & Handling

Postage and Handling charges of  $6.95 apply to each order delivered anywhere in Australia. International Orders: All International orders are posted at $16.00 plus $2.00 per title or $4.00 for a box set thereafter.

Catalogue:

There are new titles coming out all of the time and we aim to have our site up to date at all times.  If there is a title not listed on our site, please e-mail us at findmydvd@dvdland.com.au and we will let you know whether the title is currently available.  If you would like to keep informed please e-mail us at info@DVDLand.com.au and request to be added to our mailing list or subscribe by completing the newletter section on the left of this page.

Hard to find titles:

If you are after a specific title please e-mail us at findmydvd@DVDLand.com.au and we will be only too happy to try and find it for you.

Returns:

Please choose carefully as you are not entitled to a refund because you change your mind.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is manufactured faulty. In these extremely rare situations, the manufacturer will inspect the faulty item before approving a replacement. All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods.

All return requests must be made by email. DVDLand approval must be received prior to returning the item.

Please note a 20% restocking and cancellation fee applies to cancellation and return requests unless your item was manufactured faulty. Refunds for non-faulty items are provided as a store credit.

Should you believe your order is lost in transit it is a requirement that our customers advise us of the issue within 2 weeks of your order being dispatched.

Cancellation requests:

Cancellation requests may take up to 10 working days to process. That is, 10 business days notice is required to cancel an order.

DVDLand never sells or provides email addresses to third parties. You can opt out of our mailing list at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of our emails.

An order can only be submitted on our website. Prices apply as at time of ordering on our website. No order has been submitted or accepted until the order is input on our website.
