Is DVDLand Australian?
Yes. DVDLand is 100% fully Australian providing Australian DVDs, Blu Rays, Games and collectables including Pop! Vinyls.
All our items are posted to our customers from our Queensland base.

Are DVDLand's DVDs made for Australian DVD players?
Yes. All our DVDs are Australian DVDs made for Australian DVD players.
Similarly all our Blu Rays and games are all made for Australian Blu Ray players and games consoles.

Are DVDLand's DVDs region 4 DVDs?
Yes. All our DVDs are Australian region 4 DVDs made for Australian DVD players. Similarly all our Blu Rays and games are all made for Australian Blu Ray players and games consoles.

Are DVDLand's DVDs new and original?
Yes. All our products are brand new, original and Australian. We guarantee it.

Are DVDLand's Blu Rays region B?
Yes. All our Blu Rays are Australian region B Blu Rays made for Australian Blu Ray players.
Similarly all our DVDs and games are all made for Australian DVD players and games consoles.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Paypal and bank deposit.

What delivery methods do you offer?
At checkout you may choose delivery by Australia Post mail, Australia Post express post or Courier delivery.

How long does delivery take?
Depending on the delivery method you choose and your location, delivery is generally 1 to 10 business days. The majority of our customers receive their orders within a week of making payment.

I need my order really fast. What do you recommend?
Courier delivery is generally the fastest delivery method.

I've made an error in my order. What should I do?

Where is DVDLand located?
DVDLand is proudly 100% Australian. Our offices and warehouse is based on Queensland's Gold Coast which enables very fast delivery anywhere in Australia and around the world.

Am I able to visit DVDLand to purchase my DVDs?
Unfortunately our Queensland warehouse is not open to the public however you can place your order on our website at any time for fast delivery.

How long does it take DVDLand to reply to emails?
All emails are responded to within 1 business days with the vast majority responded to in under 1 business hour.

How do I find the DVD or Pop! Vinyl I'm looking for?
If you know the name of the item you're looking for, use the search box on top of any DVDLand page. If you'd prefer to browse our products simply slick on the category that interests you on the left side of any page.

How do I find the latest DVD and Blu Ray releases?
We have dedicated areas on our website for New To DVD items and New To Blu Ray items. Under 'Categories' on the left side of any DVDLand page you'll see a list of our categories including 'New DVD Releases' and 'New Blu Ray Releases'. Simply click on the categories and enjoy browsing.

How do I purchase an item?
Once you've located an item on our website simply click on 'add to cart'. Once you have added all your items to your shopping cart click on 'View Cart' at the very top of any DVDLand page. After reviewing the information click on 'Checkout' and follow the instructions.

How do I find my order status?
You can find your order status by logging on to our website and clicking on 'View Order Status'. You can view more of your order details by clicking on 'View Order Details'. Each time your order status is changed, confirmation of the new order status will be emailed to you.

When was my order dispatched?
To view the day your order was dispatched log on to our website and click on 'Completed Orders'. There you will see the shipping day of each of your completed orders.

My order shows as completed. When will I receive my order?
Depending on the delivery method you choose and your location, delivery generally only takes 1 to 10 business days. If your delivery has not arrived 15 business days after dispatch you are welcome to email us at info@DVDLand.com.au

What's a Pre-Order?
A pre-order is an order for an item that has not yet been released in Australia. You can view the release date of your pre-order item on the top line of the item's description.

How do I change my DVDLand password?
You may change your password by logging on to our website, clicking on 'My Account' at the top of any DVDLand page, then click on 'Your Account Details' and follow the instructions.
