Preparing Dispatch

We have received your payment and will dispatch your order in approximately 1 working day. We will email you again within 1 working day of dispatching your order.

Awaiting Fulfilment - Backorder (1 Week)

Most of our customers receive their orders within a week, however unfortunately we have temporarily sold out of one of your items. Hence there will be a small delay while we wait for your item to return to stock. This shouldn't be any longer than a week. We do sincerely apologise for this unusual delay.

As one of your items is noted on our website as coming soon, your order will be dispatched in full when this item is released. If one or more of your items are not pre-order items and you wish to purchase an upgrade to Separate Dispatches for $4.95 and receive your other items now, please reply to your Order Status Update email.

Payment Received - Awaiting Paypal eCheck Clearance

Your Paypal ECheck payment is being processed by Paypal. We will email you once Paypal advises us that your ECheck has cleared and your payment has been received. This usually takes approximately 1 week for Paypal to clear your eCheck payment.
