Dr Who The Seventh Doctor's TARDIS 1:21 Scale Polyresin Replica from DVDLand.

During the Seventh Doctor's tenure, there were actually three different versions of the TARDIS, all of which were made of fiberglass.

They were all cast from the same moulds, but there were differences to do with the frame around the sign at the top and the position of the lock and handles.
