Matlock season 1 is the new 2024 show starring Kathy Bates.

The new Matlock DVD follows Madeline Matlock as she rejoins the work force at a prestigious law firm, where she uses her wily tactics to win cases and expose wrongdoing.

Matlock follows Madeline "Matty" Matlock, a septuagenarian who rejoins the workforce at the prestigious Jacobson Moore law firm under a false identity. While using her seemingly unassuming demeanor to win cases and impress colleagues, her real goal is to investigate the death of her daughter, Ellie, by finding out who at the firm buried evidence related to a decade-old opioid scandal that could have saved her.
