Fighting to overthrow the oppressive Quin Dynasty, two powerful rebel commanders Liu Bang and Xiang Yu forge a close friendship. Although both warlords are loyal to King Haui of Chu, Haui feels threatened and devises a scheme to turn Liu and Xiang against each other. The result is an epic battle between the once sworn brothers, that will ultimately determine who will become the next Emperor.
