The Darklands Season 1 DVD revolves around a young MMA fighter with dreams of escaping his tough neighborhood, but is drawn into a dangerous world of drug gangs and violence when his brother goes missing.

The Darklands DVD. Damien Dunne is a young aspiring MMA fighter who wants to fight in the cage not on the streets. His brother, Wesley’s, involvement with the local drug gang, The Hill Crew, drags him into the world he is trying to avoid. Wes and best friend Butsy Butler have a huge drug import on the way, masterminded by Butsy notorious sister Bernie Butler. After the botched drug deal, Wesley is missing. In an effort to save their skin, Bernie and Butsy are forced to make other plans. Wesley’s disappearance pushes Damien to use his MMA prowess to earn a living by going pro. Meanwhile, Goose Keegan is released from jail which amplifies the rivalry between the two gangs. Nicola’s brother Jason is furious about their relationship and threatens Damien. Freddie and Butsy attempt to make a deal with the Keegan’s supplier Shelly. When this gets back to Goose, the conflict between The Keegan’s and Hill Crew intensifies.
