Meanwhile Winston seeks relationship advice from self proclaimed "ladies man" Brett. Shaun deals with an angry customer.  Tess deals with sexism from customers and co workers. Chris Woods comes down from head office to inspire the staff.  Shaun lands in hot water after helping out a single mother. The staff are baffled as to how human excrement ended up in the store.
