Legendary superhero creator, Stan Lee is hired by Archie Comics to create a new group of superheroes, but he finds himself stumped with writer's block. When a crew of alien prisoners and their jailers crash land in the desert night, Stan realizes that they are being chased by the military headed by the mysterious Mr. Cross, and he needs to act quick. Though they are normal beings for their planet, Kring, on Earth they would be described as super powers. The movie features brand new superhero characters Strong Arm, Lazer Lord, Silver Skylark, Kid Kinergy, Lady Lightning, Roller Man and Micro, whose super powers range from super strength and stunning laser-blasts to telekinesis and shrinking ability. By teaching the aliens how to behave as superheroes here on Earth (as they are the ultimate fish out of water -- humor abounds in everyday living), Stan not only saves them from the military and Mr. Cross' men in black, he solves his writer's block and chronicles the newest superhero force.
